Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified in your service agreement. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and rescheduling procedures are detailed in your booking confirmation. All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.
All photographs taken by Artisanstudioart remain the property and copyright of Artisanstudioart unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the photographs for personal or specified commercial purposes as outlined in their service agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of photographs is prohibited.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, arriving punctually for scheduled sessions, and ensuring appropriate permissions for photography locations. Clients must inform us of any specific requirements, restrictions, or concerns prior to the photoshoot.
Unless explicitly declined in writing, clients grant Artisanstudioart permission to use photographs for promotional purposes including but not limited to portfolio display, website gallery, social media, and marketing materials. Client names will not be disclosed without permission.
Artisanstudioart will take all reasonable care in providing photography services. However, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control including equipment failure, adverse weather conditions, or venue restrictions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. Client information is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery and legitimate business purposes.
Cancellation and refund policies are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled sessions may incur fees. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund.
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that damages, disables, or impairs the site. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of website content is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the website.
